London Deliveries
Frame Emporium is a London Based Company and so can offer deliveries within the M25 at a flat rate of £35 (see check box in ‘Checkout’) These deliveries are done either on our own vehicle, or using a ‘same day’ courier service.
We will always contact you in advance to arrange a mutually convenient delivery time. Agreed times are however a ‘best guess’ of what time we will deliver. The nature of traffic in London means these times are for guidance only and are not guaranteed.
Delivery to the rest of the UK
Deliveries outside M25 are priced individually per item.
We box each item individually and send it via a specialist courier service for fragile items called Fragilistics. They deliver to:
North East on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
North West on Wednesday Thursday, Friday
North Midlands & Wales – Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
South Wales & South West – Thursday, Friday
South East – Monday, Tuesday
Home Counties & South – Thursday, Friday
East Anglia – Monday, Tuesday
Scotland- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
East Midlands – Thursday, Friday
South Midlands & Wales – Monday, Tuesday

In Brief however:
Fragilistics will contact you in advance of the delivery to arrange a suitable delivery slot. This ‘Slot’ is for guidance only and is not guaranteed. They will however call you 60-30 minutes before the delivery to confirm their arrival time.
All deliveries are to the delivery property’s ‘threshold’. Their helpful staff will bring the item inside and will do all that would be considered reasonable but they are not insured to do so.
They will not carry large items up flights of stairs.
Deliveries are made by 1 man. Should large items require more than 1 man to deliver , you should inform us ( Frame Emporium) beforehand , so we can arrange this. There will be extra charges for this service.
You need to inspect the delivered goods for damage at the time of delivery, while the delivery driver is still there.
