You can return your purchased item up to 14 days from the day it is delivered.
Items can be returned to any of our premises.
They should be returned in good condition.
Refunds will be made within 14 days of the items being returned.
Unfortunately Delivery Charges are not refundable.
If you want us to collect the returning item there will also be a charge for this.
Please Note: this policy is for goods ordered and paid for ‘online’, goods bought in our shops are subject to a different returns policy.
